Faculty Development
As a Faculty Instructional Specialist at UCF’s Faculty Center for Teaching and Learning (FCTL), I led campus-wide faculty development initiatives focused on effective teaching, course design, and instructional innovation. I facilitated workshops, contributed to Teaching and Learning Days, and collaborated with cross-disciplinary faculty to enhance student success through inclusive, research-based strategies.
